Stage 1:Planning
Our team looks at the tender pack prepared by the quantity surveyor. Next, we visit the project site to identify any potential issues which may affect the initial stages and set out the build plan accordingly.
Once we have received the tender pack and carried out a site visit, we will hold a meeting between you and the key individuals involved, such as the design team. This is where we’ll provide you with an accurate cost breakdown.
Once each detail of your project has been reviewed, including the proposed timeframe, we submit a full cost plan to you along with the pre-construction and construction plan.
Stage 2:Pre-construction
As soon as you agree to the cost breakdown, our team prepares all the necessary contractual paperwork for your review and signing. Even though we take care of every aspect of the project from start to finish, should your project require working with any subcontractors, we will sit down with them to ensure everyone is on the same page, so that proper expectations can be drawn.
Our Site Manager will oversee the entire project from this point on, from concept to completion. Our expert structural engineer will also come into play, carrying out detailed surveys and environmental impact assessments to ensure that the building regulations approval process goes smoothly, among other things.
Stage 3:The Build
With everything in place, and all the pre-construction plans approved by you, we will begin setting up the project site where the most stringent health and safety policies are adhered to. We ensure that everyone involved is fully aware of your expectations, which we feel is downright critical to the project’s success.
Our team gets to work and performs in a minimally invasive manner, although if a certain noise level is to be expected, we let everyone in the surrounding locality know well ahead of time. Stage 4: Completion and Handover
