London Architect · Our Team
The people on your project
Every London Architect project is run by a small, named team — an architect who leads the design, an engineer who makes it stand up, and one coordinator who knows your job inside out. You meet them at the first survey and they stay with you to the last drawing.

Meet the team
Five roles, one studio
Principal Architect
Design lead
Leads every design from the first sketch to planning approval, and signs off every drawing that leaves the studio.
Structural Engineer
Calculations
Designs the steels, beams and foundations in-house, so structure and architecture are resolved together.
Interior Designer
Layouts & finishes
Plans rooms, light and finishes alongside the architecture, from a single room to a whole house.
Party Wall Surveyor
Neighbour matters
Serves notices, prepares awards and keeps neighbours on side before work starts.
Project Coordinator
Your contact
One named person who knows your project inside out and answers the phone.
02
How the team works with you
Small enough that everyone knows your house; complete enough that nothing has to be sent out.
One team, one contact
You are given a named coordinator on day one. Every question goes to one person who knows the whole job.
Design and structure together
Architect and engineer sit in the same room, so the scheme that gets planning is the scheme that can be built.
Drawings you can build from
Technical packages are checked by the people who designed them – fewer questions on site, fewer surprises.
Honest about the hard bits
If a council will not accept something, or a wall cannot come out, you hear it from us early – not from the builder.
